     Kesha started her music career when she was 18 years old when she was singing background vocals and writing songs for other artists.  She got noticed after appearing in Flo Rida's hit single, "Right Round."  Her debut single, Tik Tok propelled to number one in 11 countries and her debut album called "Animal" topped the charts in Canada and the USA.  Her other singles are Take if Off, Your Love is my Drug, and Blah Blah Blah.  Kesha is currently on her Get Sleazy Tour which started on February 15, 2011 and ends on September 20, 2011.

     Kesha's image and reputation separates herself from the other female artists such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Britney Spears.  She likes to use glitter and is commonly refer as "garbage chic" because of her messy hair, smudged makeup, and her unique fashion sense.  Her songs' genre are consisted of dance and pop but with a little bit of rapping.
