Balrampur (UP), An FIR has been lodged against model Poonam Pandey. Poonam Pandey has been in news for stripping if Indian Cricket team wins the world. The FIR was registered against Pandey at Balrampur Dehat police station after Chief Judicial Magistrate Subhash Chandra issued an order to this effect, taking suo motu cognizance of media reports about her announcement. A lawyer, R.K. Pandey, has also filed a petition against her and Kingfisher’s owner Vijay Mallya on the charges of obscenity in the court of Bhopal’s chief judicial magistrate. R.K.Pandey told reporters, “Even if Poonam does not run naked, she should be punished as she not only gave a wrong impression of the (Brahmin) community but insulted Indian culture.”
